We take privacy seriously. The short version: the Plugin collects no personal data of any kind, and the Website collects only anonymous, aggregate analytics. The detail follows below.

2. The ArtboardKit Plugin

The Plugin does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data.

ArtboardKit runs entirely on your local device inside Adobe Photoshop. It does not:

• Connect to our servers or any third-party server
• Send analytics, telemetry, crash reports, or usage data
• Read or transmit information from your Photoshop documents
• Validate your license over the network
• Store cookies or persistent identifiers

All Plugin functionality (Arrange, Rename, Sync, Export) operates locally and processes data only within your active Photoshop session.

3. The Website (artboardkit.co)

3.1 Anonymous Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with the Website. Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly and:

4. Purchases

When you purchase ArtboardKit, your payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, not by us directly. We never see or store your full payment card details.

Depending on where you purchase:

• shop.artboardkit.co — payment is processed by our checkout provider (Stripe / FastSpring / similar), subject to their privacy policy.
• Adobe Creative Cloud Marketplace — payment is processed by Adobe and FastSpring (Adobe's payment partner), subject to Adobe's and FastSpring's privacy policies.

We receive only the minimum data required to fulfill your purchase: name, email, country, and an order reference. We use this to deliver your license, provide support, and comply with tax obligations.

5. Email Correspondence

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry. Messages are retained for as long as necessary to provide support and resolve the matter.
